Commissioned to remind Londoners that the Tour de France is arriving in the capital and to expect travel delays.

London Transport has a rich heritage in poster design, commissioning some of the day’s most illustrious artists back when the underground was expanding in all directions- Towards Epping Forest in the East and leafy Hertfordshire in the west. These hark back to those days while updating the look with a very zeitgeisty 2014 flat graphic treatment.

Simple.
