Just had to post this. Was checking out some info on the hideously expensive LeWeb ’10 conference in Paris and noticed a picture that had been uploaded by the organisers. This is not it.

It was intended as an enticement to visit the city of romance. Hmm. Not much of an advert that, is it I thought? Particularly unappetising and it certainly does a good job of underselling Paris and its cakes, that for sure. I think the one I took in the London version of a cake shop  (see left) is slightly more appealing, and would easily be the victor in a competition entitled- “Who sells the best cakes?” ….. Well Fortnum & Mason is a cake shop? A bloody big posh one, but a cake shop nonetheless! See the French one here: bit.ly/hRK76X and see if you don’t agree with me.
