Picked up this amazing pop-up book when visiting Iceland in Nov 2008. It comes with a purchase of Ryka Vodka which is made in Reykjavík and it explains the distillation process in fun pop-up-book style. The instruction at the beginning of the book takes on an ironic twist with the recent Eyjafjallajokull volcanic activity which has brought Northern Europe to it’s knees. It says- “First get a Volcano” I quite life the recipe for Puffin in milk sauce too..
